HOW WILL A DOULA SUPPORT MY BIRTH?

As your doula, I will nurture and support you by providing physical, emotional, and non-bias information and resources to empower to you to make informed decisions throughout your journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I will uplift and support your desires for your birth experience, provide opportunity for deep connection with yourself and your family/birth partner, intuitively listen as an extra set of hands, bear witness to your transformation from Maiden into Mother, honor you by advocating your needs and desires during your time of birth, and provide care during the integration of your unique birth experience.

Doula Support Packages

Medi-Cal & Partnership Package

Insurance Based Coverage:: Ideal for all needs
15 Hours Total of 1:1 Support, + Labor & Delivery
» 1 Initial 90 min Meet & Greet Visit,
» Up to 8 additional one-hour visits that may be provided in any combination of prenatal or postpartum visits
» On call support from week 38-42, during the final weeks of pregnancy through early postpartum
» In person continuous support during labor and delivery
» Up to 2 extended three-hour postpartum visits within 12 months after birth
'THE SEED' PACKAGE

$600 Investment :: Ideal for pregnancy release/miscarriage or basic needs involvement
3 In-Person Visits Total; one prenatal, one during birth, one postpartum

» Birth & Postpartum plan consultation & preparation to help you know exactly what to expect, what experience you desire, and talk through any concerns you may have to build your confidence toward your birth

» On-call support throughout your time of early pregnancy through early postpartum

» In person labor & emotional support from the moment of onset active labor until you feel complete and comfortable
» Nutrient dense meal, herbs, & supplements with postpartum visit, beginning the second day after birth

» Postpartum placenta care assistance

» Mother Warming Treatment + Abdominal Massage Session and time to integrate your birth experience during our final visit
'THE BUD' PACKAGE

$1200 Investment :: Ideal for full term pregnancy

7 Visits Total; three prenatal in each trimester, one at time of birth, three postpartum throughout the first 40 day window

» Birth plan consultation & preparation to help you know exactly what to expect, what experience you desire, and talk through any concerns you may have to build your confidence toward your birth

» On call support from week 38-42, during the final weeks of pregnancy through early postpartum

» In person labor & emotional support, from the moment of onset/active labor until you feel complete and comfortable

» Postpartum placenta care assistance

» Nutrient dense meals, herbs, & supplements with each postpartum visit beginning the second day after birth
» Mother Warming Treatment + Abdominal Massage Session at 40 days

» Final integration visit to discuss your birth experience, revisit your birth story, share any further resources for early parenthood
'THE BLOOM' PACKAGE

$600 Investment :: Ideal for postpartum

4 Two Hour Visits Total; 1x/week throughout your 40 day postpartum window

» In person physical & emotional postpartum support

» Extra hands of support with household care and/or child care

» Nutrient dense meals, herbs, & supplements with each postpartum visit

» Mother Warming Treatment + Abdominal Massage Session during our final visit

How scheduling works

Once you’ve reviewed the packages and services below, you can connect through the ‘schedule a consultation’ button below. We will then book a phone call where we can talk more about the services you’re seeking and how you desire to be supported in this time.
During your call, we will get to know what you’re envisioning for your birth experience, answer any questions you may have about the Doula Care packages, discuss timelines, and learn more about how you can best be supported through these services and if i’m the right doula for you!
Once we agree on Doula support, we will then arrange a home/central meeting point for us to share a warm beverage and discuss further client consultation information, schedule the dates we will get to share together, and begin dreaming and developing your birth-postpartum plan!
I am happy to offer my services as a Certified MediCal Doula Provider and work with you so that you may receive as much support as you need as a beneficiary.
In the rare case of an emergency, I offer secured back-up Doula Support throughout week 38-42 if I am unable to attend the time of active labor. I work along side a small collective of like-minded women who are also qualified MediCal providers, highly trained, and have a similar philosophy and presence as I do.
