Traditional Rebozo Tutorial

$80.00

The Rebozo is a traditional Mexican shawl or wrap that's used to support and comfort pregnant women, particularly during their third trimester, labor, and postpartum experience.

It is used in various positions to help bare weight of the belly, loosen and open hips, get into different birthing positions, and adjust the babies position to aid them dropping down into the pelvis usefully.

Although this modality is an included service of my “birth bag” as a birth worker, a 60 minute tutorial with this tool can be purchased as an individual service to help you and your birth partner incorporate these helpful teachings into your birth experience yourself.

Includes: 60 minute in person tutorial on the different positions/techniques the Rebozo can be used for, and guided Birth Partner Support
